Drone Mystery in Phoenixville: FBI Links Soko Bag to Fried Chicken Delivery Test
Phoenixville, PA – For weeks, residents across Pennsylvania and New Jersey have been looking to the skies, mystified by swarms of drones zipping through the clouds.
Here, you will find a wealth of information centered around your favorite indulgence – Korean Fried Chicken. We’ll be using our blog to share behind-the-scenes photos and videos, a peak at our delicious homemade recipes and insights into Korean culture, as well as upcoming events to be held at our Phoenixville restaurant.
Over time our goal is to share info about the Soko Bag family while connecting with our community of Korean Fried Chicken lovers, foodies, and culture enthusiasts.
At Soko Bag, we are passionate about delivering a memorable dining experience that tells a story. We believe that food is more than just sustenance; it’s a gateway to understanding a culture, its traditions, heritage, and the soul of its people.
For example, did you know that it was African American soldiers stationed in Korea who introduced Koreans to fried chicken during the Korean War? Our blog strives to educate and share the love of all things Korean.
Our blog will serve as your comprehensive guide to all things KFC (Korean Fried Chicken). If you follow us frequently you can expect posts that delve into the history and origins of this dish, the unique frying techniques that make it so distinct, and even the science behind the perfect crunch.
We want you to appreciate each bite not just for its tantalizing flavors but for the rich heritage and craftsmanship it represents.
What makes Korean Fried Chicken different? Is it the double-frying process that ensures a perfect crunch every time, or is it the variety of mouthwatering glazes that can range from sweet soy garlic to spicy gochujang?
Through our blog, we’ll be sharing stories of our family in Gumi, South Korea, and bringing our parents’ Korean fried chicken recipe to the streets of Phoenixville.
At Soko Bag, we pride ourselves on our dedicated and passionate team. Soon we’ll feature interviews and stories about the people who make our restaurant what it is – from our founders (Shea & J.H. Chang), to our master fryer (Andy) who ensures that every piece of chicken is perfectly cooked, to our creative strategists (Panos & Yana) who constantly experiment with exciting new flavors and dishes, and to our restaurant and franchise Guru (Sean) who is working on expanding Soko Bag to markets all over the United States.
First up when it comes to special events will be the Grand Opening of Soko Bag, and we’re working hard to get the location up to code as quickly as possible! There are a lot of variables outside our control though, so please be patient while we navigate our way through. However, once the doors are open you can expect a little of everything, from our participation in Phoenixville food festivals, special sports related promos to new menu launches.
Stay updated with all the exciting events happening at Soko Bag by subscribing to our newsletter, so you won’t miss a beat with KFC!
If you’ve got a special event coming up, from a wedding to a birthday party, we’d love to connect and see if we might be a great catering option for you. In the future we will rent out our location at 95 Nutt Rd for private events, and also provide our crunchiest Korean fried chicken on location for those who want the KFC delivered to their party.
We are so excited to call Phoenixville home, and to have you be a part of our journey as we continue to explore, innovate, and celebrate the world of Korean Fried Chicken. Don’t forget to leave your comments on our blog posts – we love hearing from you!
Don’t worry, if you’re excited to try our food but wanted to make sure we have some gluten free and vegan menu items, we’ve got you covered! While our staple food is Korean Fried Chicken, it’s incredibly important to us to make sure personal dietary restrictions can be accommodated on some level, and we’ll promise to do just that.

Let’s eat, share, and connect.
